For the 11th consecutive year, the elementary and middle school students took overall first place in the Math Olympics held by our accrediting agency, the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).  KCS competed against several Bay Area schools in Reasoning and Computation. Students took a series of tests in their specific grade level and category, and KCS won 23 ribbons. (For a full list of awards, please visit the KCS facebook page.)

During lunch each week for months, students have been studying and practicing for this competition.  We are proud of their hard work, and the dedication of our parent volunteers and extraordinary math teachers as we add this win to the success of our mathematics program.

Congratulations, students! We are so proud of you.
